Pre Enrollment Requirement List

If your name is in the selection outcome list then you will have to proceed for the Pre Enrollment. before pre enrollment you will have to collect following documents. 

1. Metric Certificate attestation from Board
2. Diploma/FSC And three result cards attestation from board 
3. Metric certificate attestation from IBCC and Foreign office (original + 3 photo copies)
4. Diploma/FSC certificate and 3 result cards attestation from IBCC and Foreign office (original + 3 photo copies of each document)
5. ID Card 3 Photocopies (attestation from Notary Public)
6. Passport 3 Photocopies (attestation from Notary Public)
7. Domicile 3 Photocopies (attestation from Notary Public)  
8. Metric and Diploma/FSC certificate translation from Avanti Pakistan. Avanti Pakistan will translate both documents and also provide you a document DV. Declaration of Value. 
9. Complete course outline of diploma or FSC attested by HOD.
10. 3 Passport Size Photo Graphs.

After Collecting all these documents you will have to contact with Italian Embassy on the following address.

They will provide you a form that you will have to fill out in the embassy and submit back with all documents.
